How do I make payments?

Typically via bank transfer - full payment details are on the invoice

Full payment is typically due within 14 days of the invoice being issued.
Where are your sessions held?

Hour-long face-to-face consultations will be held at the most suitable location depending on the situation.

Residential and intensive training sessions are held at our HQ in Didcot

The exact location will always be confirmed upon booking.
What areas do you cover?

We are based in Didcot but our face-to-face consultations cover a pretty wide geography including Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire. In some instances, a contribution to travel costs may be added to the consultation fee.

Our online sessions are open to anyone in the world and we have clients in Continental Europe and the US!
What happens next?

The first step is typically a short video call consultation. This is free and is an opportunity for me to assess the situation and make a more informed training plan. You can book these directly via the website

What is your cancellation policy?

What are your qualifications?

I have been training dogs for over 7 years and founded Much Ado About Dogs in 2022.

I am accredited by Will Atherton - one of the UK's most famous dog trainers.

I believe in continuous professional development and in the past 2-years, I have attended seminars by top trainers such as Tom Davis, Larry Krohn and Ben Marsh.

Currently, there is no official UK national dog training qualification.
What if my dog is injured during training

In this unlikely event, I am a qualified dog first-aider and can manage minor trauma until professional veterinary help can be reached.

We are also a fully insured business.
